What we've been up to this month:

Thank you to Natasha Richards and Gabriella Bentley for holding a toy sale at Matilda Marks Kennedy School. You raised a wonderful £152.47 for the Grief Encounter Grenfell Appeal.

Benjamin Brooks-Dutton spoke at the Houses of Parliament on 14th November to officially launch the new Life Matters: Task Force for Bereaved Families report and policy recommendations as part of Children's Grief Awareness Week (16th-22nd Nov).

Richard Fogelman, CEO Grief Encounter said, “It was a real honour and privilege to be a part of the Life Matters event. The idea is to change the way that the government (and everyone else) views bereavement including greater awareness and better funding for bereaved families.” Demand better support for bereaved families by emailing or tweeting this video letter to your MP.

Children's Grief Awareness Week (16th-22nd Nov) was a chance for everyone to come together and show support for grieving children and their families. Many shared messages to show bereaved children and those supporting them that #YoureNotAlone
