What we've been up to this month:

134 children and young people with a mental health issue, learning difficulty or physical disability started six week Surf Therapy courses this month across our projects in Scotland, North and South Wales, Dorset and Cornwall. Supported by a volunteer, each young person has started their Wave Project journey to improved mental health and well-being.

Over the next few weeks, along with developing some surfing skills, they will build their confidence, resilience, and reduce anxiety to face their personal challenges. This includes 12 children hitting the waves at Surf Snowdonia in North Wales.
