You've got talents. You've got skills. Let's use them for social good.

There is a huge disconnect between the knowledge pool of the private sector and the need for skills and experience in the charity sector. We want to bridge this gap. Our Got Skills programme gives you the chance to help out charities by offering your skills rather than your dollar bills.

Or if you'd just like to give your time, we've got plenty of general volunteering opportunities too.

Volunteering is massively rewarding and we find that our volunteers get just as much back as they ever put in, if not more!

The new platform

We're excited to announce our new Got Skills portal that we've developed to take the hassle out of volunteering. You can browse the current opportunities on offer with our small charities. Then if you register, we'll match you with opportunities as and when they come and let you know if there's one that would be a good fit for your skills.

How it works:

Step 1

Browse the current opportunities from our 12 exceptional small charities (and a few selected partners beyond the RYH network). If you see one you like, you can register and apply straight away.

Step 2

Or even better, let us do the work for you. Register on the site and be automatically matched with relevant opportunities, as and when they come up.

Step 3

Sit back and wait for the opportunities to come to you! We'll send you an email once we think we've identified a good match, explaining a bit about what the charity is looking for. It will be up to you to decide if you think you can help them out or not.

Step 4

If you see an opportunity you like, apply through the website and speak to the charity directly about the opportunity.

Really simple. Really good.
