What we've been up to this month:

Our latest project has been the launch of our first ever Charity Single, ‘Do They Dance In Heaven’ recorded by one of our teen volunteers, 17 year old Molly Lane. All monies received from download platforms will be received by Grief Encounter.

17-year-old Molly recorded the single after being inspired by a bereaved sibling she met at a Forever Night (CGAW) in 2017. She and her friends from Elstree UTC also recorded a music video to accompany the song. We entered the official Charts at no.44 and rose to an amazing 24 a few days later, after receiving social media support from Little Mix, Leigh-Ann Pinnock, Eyal Booker, Martin Lewis, Jess Wright, Rob Rinder, Lydia Bright, Isaac Chamberlain, Lord Sugar, Amy Tapper, Keith Lemon and more.

Grief Encounter, as a result, has received PR coverage in the Daily Mail Online, Daily Mirror Online, The JC online, Jewish News online and The Borehamwood Times. Molly and GE have also been featured on Channel 5 News and ITV News. It has been a fantastic campaign, and we look forward to hearing how much money the song has raised for us.
